The four controls, and what each one does

A deposit limit caps what can be added per day or per week. Lowering it takes effect immediately; raising it waits 24 hours, so the limit cannot be lifted in the moment it is working.

A session reminder interrupts play at a chosen interval with the elapsed time and the net position. A cooling off locks the account for 24 hours to 30 days. Self-exclusion closes it for six months or longer and cannot be reversed inside that period by support or by anyone.

Signs worth taking seriously

Chasing a loss with a larger stake, playing with money set aside for something else, hiding how long a session ran, borrowing to continue, or feeling that the next round will settle the account - each of these is worth stopping for, and none of them improves with another round.

A losing run is not owed a correction. Each spin, hand and draw is independent of the one before it, and the edge does not soften because a session has gone badly.
